This week we are once again offering you TWO sketches...one for cards and one for layouts!! The card sketch is from Dana Fleckenstein's Neverland gallery:

And the layout sketch is from Lexi Bridges' Neverland Gallery:

We invited member Marie-Nicolas (Ma-Ni Scrap) to choose one of these to use as a starting point this week, and were thrilled when she sent us one project for each sketch!! Check out the fun details on her layout...

Sunday Sketch Marie-Nicolas ALLIOT

Supplies: 34th STREET SCRAPBOOK KIT, Popcorn, Wildberry Court, SOCK HOP

Here are her thoughts on using this sketch:

When i see this sketch, i immediately liked the line of embellishments in the left of the page ! I think if i don’t made this sketch, i don’t have this idea alone !

Just me, i placed this in the right of my page to change and i add some details like glitter paper, wood embellishments ... I love bright colors so i use a wood background with colorful paper. The background give contrast to my layout. I ad some splashes with Mister Huey’s. I cut my titlle with my cameo : i used digital die cut of studio calico.

And here is her card made with the other sketch...

Supplies: Front Row Card Kit and Block Party Scrapbook Kit and ROLLER RINK CARD KIT

It's always a fun surprise to open up an email and see that our guest had time to make a project with BOTh of the sketches provided...especially when each are unique like these. We love how Marie-Nicolas used a neutral base for both projects, but amped things up with bursts of color. Thanks for joining us this week, Marie-Nicolas! You can see more inspiration from her in her SC Gallery, and on her blog.

How will YOU use this sketch? Whether it's a layout, a card or something else, link us up to your project by April 1st for a chance to win a $5 gift card to the Studio Calico shop. (Please remember, your project must be loaded into our gallery to qualify...and your comment has to link back to it in the SC Gallery)
