You've Got Mail | Gayatri Murali

Hey everybody, Gayatri here today sharing a card + matching envelope. Having coordinated coloured envelopes are awesome but how difficult is it to find the exact coloured envelopes? Not easy right? However, it is easy to use a white envelope and coordinate it to the card by simply stamping the same image as the card and adding accents. They look personalised and the recipient will sure appreciate the extra effort you have put into coordinating the envelope for them :)

For my project today, I have used a white envelope and stamped on it to coordinate with a card I made using Studio Calico’s Planetarium Card Kit from May! That's right - we're bringing you a little flashback inspiration to get you to dig back in to your older kits.

(Supply list: Studio Calico’s Planetarium Card Kit, Woodgrain Sequins from Studio Calico’s Atlantic Collection, First Kiss Mister Huey from Studio Calico Sundrifter Collection, white envelope, Night of Navy Ink from Stampin’ Up!, Sage Amuse Ink, Glossy Accent from Ranger)

I have stamped the rope in navy horizontally, added the anchor in green. Then accented with wood grain sequins from the Atlantic Collection and finally added spatter of First Kiss Mister Huey. With the envelope you don’t want to bulk up with layers or bulky embellishments. Sequins are flat enough and hopefully not fall off during the transit. there is enough space to write the address as well as for the stamps. It is simple to do and will add wow factor when your recipient receive it. If you make a card and matching envelope, upload the photo of the project into our gallery. We love to see it!
