Handmade cards deserve handmade envelopes too! Get the most out of your kits and paper supply stash by using a template to assemble your own coordinating envelope. To match my card, I used kraft cardstock and lined it with some coordinated patterned paper.
(supplies : patterned paper : Studio Calico Antiquary card kit; stamps - Studio Calico Athens kit, Antiquary card kit; cardstock - Antiquary card kit ; other - envelope punch board, ink)
For the card, I stamped the leaf in an alternating pattern in green and rust inks.On the front of the envelope, I stamped To/From and added the leaf to bring it all together. So, what are you waiting for? Create a coordinating envelope for your special handmade cards too!
How did you make the envelope and matching liner ??? Would love to see your process. Thanks!

Love how the card and envelope coordinate so perfectly - not just color, but style. The most coordinating I do is choosing either a white or cream envelope. ;-)

Love it! I am not a big card maker but seeing your coorindated envelope and card makes me want to create cards! I too would love to know what color inks you used and what type of envelope board punch you used.
