Product Spotlight - Bluegrass Farm Project Life® stamp set
We recently noticed a question on our message board asking for ideas for using the stamp set from our Bluegrass Farm Project Life® kit. This 4x3in stamp set by Paislee Press pairs graphic triangles with script words sized to layer over there. We asked our Creative Team for a few ideas to get you started with this set!
Elise Blaha : I used the triangle stamps with versamark and stamped on khaki cardstock. I used them as journaling spots to hold the date. :)
Kelly Noel : I used the large triangle as a corner for my photo. I stamped the triangle onto white cardstock and hand cut it. I stamped the "you are loved" phrase onto the triangle and adhered the triangle right onto my photo.
Leena Loh : I used the smaller triangle stamp and stamped it randomly to create a pattern, and used the larget triangles to create and photo corners for my photo.
Lisa Truesdell : I thought it would be fun to layer these stamps to create my own journaling card. I started by stamping the large triangle with aqua ink at the bottom of the card, and then added the smaller patterned triangles in Color Theory Deja Blue pointing up towards my photo. The script "you are" fits inside the large triangle perfectly and gave me a great jumping off point for my journaling!
Loredana Bucaria : I loved to use the triangles stamp set with the amazing color theory ink pads to create a special background for my week tittle card in my PL. Fun and very easy to use. I loved this set because is full of different sizes of triangles and in this way you can play with different colors and size to create a movement :)
Stephanie Baxter : I stamped the large triangle on opposite corners of a Studio Calico 3x4 grid card with Versamark ink before embossing the stamped images with gold embossing powder. After that, I used the 'you are magic' phrase to stamp repeatedly, following the line of the triangles across the middle of the card using the Color Theory Deja Blue ink pad.
Suzy Plantamura - I used the smaller triangle stamps to create a banner.
Have you had a chance to ink up the stamp set from the Bluegrass Farm Project Life® kit? We'd love to see how you've used it!

These are fantastic examples!
I stamped some of the triangles onto the cloud card and added triangles cut from other cards to create a filler card that played off of the other triangle card in the kit: http://www.studiocalico.com/galleries/120648-pl-2014-week-13

Love this so much! I hope this becomes a regular feature on the blog--showcasing a particular stamp included in the current month's kits. This would be great for specific embellishments too! Such great inspiration!
