Hello 30 Days of Thankful! | Cathy Zielske

For the past five years, I’ve made a mini album during the month of November to document the things in life that I’m grateful for. While it has taken on a number of forms, the central idea is constant: what are the things that make me say ‘thank you’ on any given day? However big, however small, however seemingly mundane, they are the things that make up all this awesomeness that is my life. I’m gearing up for another album and I’m ridiculously excited to be partnering with Studio Calico for my 30 Days of Thankful 2014 project.

The idea is simple. Using a charming little We R Memory Keepers 4 x 4 album as your base, you’ll document things you’re grateful for during the month and add photos as you go. Do it every day. Do it every other day. Approach it like a weekly compendium. The choice is yours.

Customize the album project any way you like. Three of the cards feature four designs each and you can cut them into little 2-inch squares for use in the mini pockets. Mix in a handful of Instagram images as you document your month. Use my 30 Days stamp set to embellish the journal cards or create them from scratch. You can seriously adapt this any way your creativity takes you.

As I prepare for the joyful chaos that is December, this album project always centers me. That, and it’s super cute and I’m all for cute mini-album projects.

While this project fits nicely into November, you can use the products to document gratitude any time. Here’s to the reminders of all that good stuff in life.

*The 30 Days of Thankful Bundle and Journal Cards have sold out, but both stamp sets are still available in our shop!
