The Underground Card Kit Video | Carissa Wiley

Halloween is coming quickly! Today, I’m sharing a card perfect for all those special boys and ghouls in your life (sorry, I couldn’t resist). October’s The Underground Card Kit has a fabulous stamp set, but Studio Calico also released four other fabulous stamp sets. Today’s card features the Halloween Stamp Set.

I decided to make today’s card a treat holder card. This card can be used for gift cards or small sweet treats for your favorite little trick-or-treater. It’s a simple technique that can be adapted for cards throughout the year. This technique makes for fun Christmas and birthday cards as well.

I’ll show you exactly how to do this, along with some tricks in the video below.

In addition to the Halloween stamp set, I also used some digital Project Life stamps. The Underground Weekday Stamps have some fun images that make for great add on elements for hybrid cards, or patterned paper, as I’ve used them for this project. I opened the diagonal line square in Photoshop Elements and printed it extra large to create black and white patterned paper. I adore black and white striped paper!

Thanks for stopping by today! I hope you’ve been inspired! Have a fabulous day!
