Big News! A New Brand to Love from Studio Calico!

You've heard us say that 2015 is going to be a big year. You know we're incredibly passionate about inspiring people to make. Well, we're excited to kick off the New Year with the launch of a new brand! It's called SevenPaper, and it's a unique system for memory-keeping that is quick, easy, and fun.

Think of SevenPaper as Studio Calico's little sister. She's spunky, energetic, and can't seem to sit still long enough to fill an entire Handbook - but she still wants to keep her special memories in one place, and needs a place to do it. SevenPaper is a three step system that blends modern design with easy, every day documenting to help organize and document memories without taking up a lot of time. The themed collections are sure to yield inspired activity that anyone will be able to enjoy anytime, anywhere.

The first collections to be released are called Amelia and Baxter. Amelia is chic, full of black and gold accents and bold embellishments to really make a stylish statement. Baxter is a pet-themed collection, perfect for documenting all your favorite things about your furry friends! For Baxter, you'll be able to choose the Cat or Dog collection. The collections appear as bundle selections in the "Collections" tab of our shop, (under SevenPaper) and you can click "notify me'" to be included on the alert list once items arrive to our warehouse for purchase! Below is a peek of some of the products from each collection. So cute, right?!

You're probably wondering...how does this differ from what Studio Calico already offers? Well, good question. SevenPaper is similar to modern Scrapbooking or Project Life®. The albums are compact, the papers are trimmed to the perfect size for the page protectors, and embellishments fit into each collection's theme. Yes, these collections will have fun themes (like pets!), and each component is designed to perfectly coordinate with each other! These are basically smaller-dose kits - kits that you might use for a special project, like a birthday, holiday album, or family get-together. They'll be perfect gifts too!

How do they work? The bundles will have all the components you need to make memory-keeping super easy and fast. The rest is up to you!

Pick Your Binder. The small, convenient size includes page protectors to get you started (more are available for when you've filled those up, too). The pink and black pictured below are options for the Amelia collection. You can choose either color to start!

Select Your Paper. Think of this as the base to your projects. There are also journal cards that are precut to fit in your album and are great for jotting down a few notes about the moment you don't want to forget.

Choose Embellishments! Grab all the fun embellishments you want to use to help you tell your story. Stickers, die cuts, stamps - there are plenty of options!

We wanted to offer new ways to keep memory-keeping alive, while still being true to the quality and inspiration that we as a company take to heart. With this new brand, we hope to bring new makers into the joys of keeping memories alive for years to come.
