Tutorial | Making a Card from Start to Finish with Keisha Campbell
In this project you can create a quick and easy hello card set using a simple fun & design. You can use a mix of papers or just a select color palette. With this basic design, you can make multiple cards in minutes!
Start with die-cutting/punching the circles, butterfly, and hello flag. For the Hello flag, apply the washi tape to a piece of cardstock and then die-cut.
Once you have everything cut, you can begin to make your cards. Add popdots to the butterfly and the large circle/ring.
Tip: If you have a basic set of circle dies, you can make the ring by first cutting the largest circle and then take a slightly smaller circle die to cut the center of the larger circle out.
Center and tape the largest circle to the card. So far, this is what your card should look like!
Apply circle popdots to the Hello flag. Now, add the butterfly to the center of the circle.
Lastly, add the Hello flag to the center of the butterfly.
And voila! Now you have a template for making as many cards as you want. It's the perfect way to use up your paper stash too!
Supplies: Far Far Away Card kit, Cameo, Popdots/Foam Tab Squares
Pretty card! I like how the butterfly looks a bit like a specimen.
