I have an Epson Picture Mate Charm 225. I love it, color, sharpness & quality are all good. I do send off to Costco online for prints, but it's great to have two options.
I have both a Canon Pixma (more for regular paper printing/journaling/etc) and a Canon Pro9000 Mark II (which I use just for photos). When I have a lot of pictures though, I usually send off to Costco or upload/print from Shutterfly.
I have Canon Pixma 6350 and love it to pieces. I got it especially to stay on top DD and PL.

I used to use Momento when I had an iPod, but now with Android I'm using Evernote... and it's not quite what I want. I will be checking out Oh Life (I hope it's for Android & Windows).
are you able to print two 3x4 pics on a 4x6 photo there? also, did you edit them if you could or do they allow you to put the two pictures together?
I edit all my pics in photoshop elements first so I put 2 pics on a 4x6 myself.

Oh Life isn't an app. It's a website that will send you a daily email asking how your day went. You just reply and it's saved in a type of online private diary. So will work no matter what you use as long as you have internet access!
