Digital Workspace Wednesday | How to Use Digital Stamps and More

We thought it would be fun to do a sort of Digital Workspace Wednesday! What's your favorite way to use digital products each month? Whether it's stamp brushes, layout templates, printable journal cards, digital paper, or any other digital goodies you fancy, there are a million different ways to use them! Sometimes it helps to have some inspiration before getting started with these tools, so we combed through the Galleries to provide some creative ideas. Try any of these techniques, or link to your own in the comments so we can see what you've been up to in your Digital workspaces!

Look... by AndreaHB

Before her kit arrived, Andrea began playing with the digital papers and stamps to create this cool, city-themed layout. Great use of pattern and layering here! If you find you've got a few favorite Scrapbook papers every month that you're hoarding, a great way to make them last as long as you want is to grab the digital versions before the next Reveal. That way, you'll be good to go!

Cut Happens by ania-maria

Anna-Maria put plenty of printable journal cards to use on this Scrapbook layout. Modifying one of the cards from In A Creative Bubble (the big YES you see on the layout), by fussy-cutting around the letters makes the card function almost like a piece of ephemera would. Creative idea there! She also layered some of the die cuts from the Carolina Moon Scrapbook Main kit with a digital tag from the Hello Forever Printable Journal Cards to add a fun pop of color to this layout.

YES by ginny

Ginny used a digital layout template designed by Paige Evans to make this detailed, wistful layout. Recognize that YES? It's from the Hello Forever Printable Journal Cards! Love the way the colorful paper peeks out from behind the pattern on this template. Take a close look at the details here!

The Future is Bright by jamiewaters

Jamie put the Carolina Moon Cut Files by Hello Forever to work beautifully on this layout about her daughter. One of the fun things about digital files is their flexibility - add color or pattern, change the color or size: the possibilities are pretty much endless. Digital files a great way to anchor a page too, as seen here.

May Labels by julie k

Of course, using Scrapbook goodies is a great way to organize your planner too. Julie added the Carolina Moon Printable Labels from Hello Forever in her planner to document the month so far. Printing them out and adding hand-written journaling adds a lovely, personal touch, or leave them in a full sheet and take them from printer to planner in just a few steps!

Gaston by just g

Gillian played with the size of the digital version of the Tilley Alpha stamp set on this playful layout. She created the title with the .png files and her Silhouette software, then misted it before adding it to the page.

If you haven't had a chance to look through the Member or Creative Team Galleries to find inspiration (and upload your own!), it's a great place to see current trends, challenge yourself with new project and page ideas, and so much more. Be careful though - you can get lost in there ;)

If you have any questions about using digital products, let us know in the comments. And don't forget to share what you've been making! Happy Wednesday!
