An impotant note about your subscription

Hello!

When we rolled out our new subscription pricing structure this summer, we told customers that all subscribers must convert their subscriptions as of January 1, 2016, or we would roll you into a month-to-month commitment.

We decided what’s best for the customers is that you no longer have to convert your subscription to continue getting your current rate. We hope this alleviates any confusion around the situation. This means once your subscription period is complete, you will continue to receive your kits at the same rate but with no additional commitment. If you have any questions regarding your subscription terms or rate, please start a conversation with Customer Service. We will be out on Christmas Day, but will work through the weekend to offer any support you may need.

Thank you!

I am confused too. Why is there still a convert button next to my kits in my account?

Glad you're deciding this at the last moment when I already cancelled my subscription due to the new structures...whatever...

Yes, to late for me as well. But I suppose it was for the best as these business practices of changing policies not only cause havoc they are unprofessional to say the least.

awww- i had just cancelled my stationery sub, and converted my documenter- i'm pretty confused now too, but i'm not sure if it would have been much cheaper to stay at my current rate either?
Thank you SC for offering this for those who haven't quite decided yet- i stayed on the fence as long as I thought i could so I'm sure this will help some subscribers!

Yet another completely puzzling announcement/policy from Studio Calico. Great product, crazy customer relations. And you make an announcement only on your blog? What percentage of your customers do you suppose never ever look at your blog? Probably quite a few--this is the first I've looked at it in months and here is an announcement that should have been emailed to every subscriber! PEOPLE! Get your act together!!!

Can't wait until my 2 subscription periods are up so that I am able to cancel. I was disappointed to hear that the Project Life kit was no longer associated with Becky Higgins/Project Life (but I'm starting to see why they pulled away from studio calico) and I have not been happy with the planner kits, they are not what I thought they would be. I'm spending a lot of money on items that I don't love, some I like but there are so many awesome choices out there my money will go to many other companies and products.
