I loved the combination of patterned papers and embellishments in the Arendal kit this month, combined with a few embellishments from the Canal Street kit, they helped this page come to life. Because the pieces from the kits were so colorful I decided to print my large photo in black and white. There is something magical about full page photos printed in black and white that make my heart do a pitter patter. The photo is from a recent trip of ours to Santa Cruz beach boardwalk. One of our favorite places to vacation to! I love the chipboard alpha's that were included this month in the Canal street kit. The letters on my page "SC" stand for Santa Cruz, but I love how fitting they are for Studio Calico too!
