Sunday Sketch | Lisa Truesdell
This week, our Scrapbook sketch features lots of fun embellishments as a grid, our Documenter sketch uses three cards and our Card sketch features a colorful stamped background. Get creative and be sure to share your projects here with us! We can't wait to see what you create! Today, Lisa Truesdell shares her take on the Scrapbook sketch.
This week, our Scrapbook layout comes from Two by Geralyn Sy:
This week, our Documenter layout comes from Arendal Doc Kit Main + Add-Ons by Mel Blackburn:
This week, our card comes from Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! by Carson Riutta:
I can never resist a good grid design, so I was immediately drawn to the sketch inspired by Geralyn's fabulous layout. Instead of building my grid with squares of photos or paper, I stitched guidelines on the background of my notebook page and filled them in with small embellishments and punched shapes. I echoed her large title at the bottom with the chipboard numbers from Canal Street, then finished my notebook spread with a photo and some memorabilia on the facing page.
Supplies : Kits - Arendal Scrapbook Kit, Canal Street Embellishment Kit; stamp & die - Love Tickers by One Little Bird; digital - printable labels & journal cards (Hello Forever); ink - Color Theory Clean Slate & Glass Slipper; other - Tiny Attacher, Washi Tape
