Vintage Post | Tutorial with Allison

It’s Studio Calico’s 9th birthday! To celebrate, we’ve dug into the archives to find some vintage inspiration. Please enjoy this post from Allison Waken, which was originally shared on January 23, 2014.

I have a Handbook album that highlights fun road trips that we take throughout the year. Any of these techniques can be used on 12x12, 6x8 or any sized spreads in between. A stitched map is a fun way to not only highlight a road trip route but could be used to show your daily commute, a move or the route to your favorite store! I'm also showing you how I include extra journaling and digital stamps in my spreads.

Supplies: Studio Calico Copper Mountain Project Life Kit (cards, clip, rub on), Studio Calico Copper Mountain Project Life Kit Digital Stamps, Studio Calico Storm King Add On (Geo tag rub ons, cork house), Studio Calico Union Meadows Add On Kit (washi, chipboard stickers), Tim Holtz tiny attacher
