Sunday Sketch | Jamie Waters

This week, our scrapbook sketch is a 12" x 12" layout with patterned paper accents and stamped sentiments. Our card sketch features a stamped sentiment and accent stitching, and our pocket page sketch uses an embellished 3" x 4" title card and a 3" x 4" photo with a journaling strip. Creative Team contributor Jamie Waters is joining us this week and sharing how she used the week's card sketch to create a 12" x 12" layout! Hi, there! I loved this week's sketches! I chose to use the card sketch to create my layout. I loved the stringing banner on the card, and wanted to mimic that on a larger scale on my layout. I know that typically these banners are created by using the same object repeated over and over, but I thought that using these die cuts would be a fun twist! I love how playful and cute they are. I used the Happy Note stamp set from the Young At Heart Scrapbook Kit as part of the banner by twisting it a little bit and stamping that repeatedly.
