Video | Using the Cypress Grove Planner Kit with Carla De Taboada

Hello, everyone! Welcome to Studio Calico! My name is Carla De Taboada, and today I'm going to share with you a process video of how I put together a weekly spread in my planner and a journal entry in my traveler's notebook. For these spreads, I used the lovely Cypress Grove Planner Kit as well as the Winter stamp set by In a Creative Bubble and the Planner Pattern Builder stamp set by Hello Forever.

I love all the pieces and the beautiful colors in this kit! Usually the first step in my planning process is to give life to my pages using my washi tapes, stickers and stamps. 

To decide what colors of ink to use, I refer to the card that comes with each month's kit as a guide. This time I chose Pink Lemonade, Lime Light, Lemon Zest, Poppy and Glass Slipper as part of my palette for this spread.
