Here's what Laureen has to say about her layout: 

Winter wonderland - this title immediately came to my mind when I was looking at pictures from a winter we had here back in 2013. I don't think we ever had a winter with lots of snow afterwards - still crossing my fingers for that though. I used a cut file for the title that I transformed into a stitching template and used my needle and thread to backstitch it in white and frosty blue colors - stitching is such a fun detail to add to layouts, the texture it gives is just amazing and it is one of my favorite techniques! Thank you so much for liking my project - I am always inspired by the amazing projects in the Member Gallery.
