I just got my PSE today and have loaded it onto my PC and now I am just staring at it in fear.
I worked out how to import a picture but that is it. Those of you who have it how did you learn to use it?
Mum said I should get a For Dummies book but I am not too good with text books.
It is really overwhelming and I just don't know where to start.
If you're into online classes, you could have a look at Jessica Sprague's or Renee Pearson's websites. Like Debbie said though, there are lots of free tutorials around.
I upgraded to Photoshop, but don't know where to begin, so I find myself still using PSE 7, just cause I know how to do stuff in it. Crazy, I know. I really do understand how you feel though.
I've had it for maybe two weeks now and it's the first photoshop I've ever had. I've done a few layouts and edited some pics already, every time I needed to do something I'd just google it. Very easy.
Jessica Sprague has awesome classes w/ video instruction. That is how I learned most of my PSE basic skills. Even though it is mainly digi scrapping - lots of editing tips.

youtube, Adobe site, ali e. and cathy z. all have great tutorials. Adobe has a large library of step by step videos.

I've been holding off getting it, because I hear it's a nightmare on a mac. Any mac users out there that could clear the air on this??????
