I signed up for an Exposure class (low light photography) with Katrina Kennedy and it made me realize that I REALLY need to pull out my Canon and get reacquainted with it!

Yikes - I've been so enjoying Instagram and the ease of just having my cell phone that I haven't shot really anything in the last couple of months with my "big girl camera" as I call it! So I'm making a concerted effort to try and take a picture a day with my Canon...I'm hoping I remember how!

Any one else notice this?

I agree! I pretty much use Instagram for everything now except taking pictures of layouts/projects. I really need to change that around!

I am with you, Karen... Dexter (my 7D) is feeling a tad neglected. Are her classes good though, Katrina Kennedy's?

I like Katrina's classes - she's very good - I took a holiday photo one and I was really waiting for this one "Exposure" that deals with low light photography. She's very knowledgeable and available on the class boards. I've also followed her 365 project - great prompts, different ways to think about everyday photos.......I'm really hoping to get back to a picture a day with my 7D - I feel like I've been cheating on it with Instagram! :)
