Pebbles roller stamp

I am really loving the roller stamp. I was not sure if I would like it or not, but it is awesome to be able to stamp a phrase over and over. I had to stamp the same thing 10 times and it was awesome to be able to ink the stamp up and stamp it on, rather t

    Just got mine today, tried it out and I'm in love! Thanks to any of the fab DT ladies that "talked" me into getting it!

    Looking through my stash I found a roller stamp the same size, but different font. Never been open. Now I have 2.

    I don't do Project Life but I bought the PL kit this month just for the stamp!!! :) I loved what I saw the DT do so I just had to have it and now that I have it, I have used it on three layouts. I am in LOVE.

    Not yet.....waiting for my PL kit to get here. Seems like a long time but then that could be expected for Edmonton. Yep, pretty far north in the prairies!

    I was not in love with it when I saw it -- and was worried I wouldn't use it AT ALL. However, I pulled it out today - trying to be optimistic - and used it on a "wishes for baby" project I made for a co-workers baby shower. It is SO STINKIN' CUTE - I'm in love. So, thanks SC for pushing me outside my box - 'cause I can tell you - if I had seen it in the store - no way would I have ever put it in my shopping cart. Now that I have it - I am sure it's going to be a staple for PL!

    I love reading through the community posts because it helps me learn to use my tools better! Thanks, all for referring to the blog for instructions/tips on how to use the roller stamp. I've been using mine pretty consistently for about a week or so, but have been having trouble getting it to stamp a "clean" image (but after reading this, I realize I was "rocking" it in the ink and then on the paper). I had also been worried about squishing the rows together for fear I'd break something! But, I'm now no longer worried since it seems that several people have been able to do so successfully.

    What are the differences between the Pebbles roller stamp and the SC Printshop one?

    @IsabelleA: the font! :)

    But is the font the same size or bigger? It's difficult to tell from a picture.

    Mmmmh, I think its the same size.

    I love that thing, too! I don't feel like I need another one with the same size alphas even in a different font. I think that takes away from the novelty of its cuteness. But if you don't have the Pebbles, I would get the SC one because I like that font better!

    I love the variety of options you get with the stamp. I added a "turning 49" caption on a card too and I couldn't believe I could make the full phrase in one stamp... AND it fit perfectly in the three inches I wanted it.

    I used it several times on layouts this month. I am amazed at how much I can use it. For example, I went to a crop and I like to pack light. I took one Iris case which makes me have to fussy cut and pack stuff that is very versatile and can get used across all layouts. This stamp is one of them! I loved that I could caption my layouts easily by changing the phrase or words. Best versatile crop tool EVER! Lol
