girl's home here in Jamaica. I'll take the girls' photos and then she and I
will go back and scrapbook with them. We are soliciting donations of any
unwanted scrapbooking supplies (like half packs of stickers you'll never use

My sister lives in the US. You can mail it to her and she can bring it to Jamaica for me when she comes for Christmas. Or you can mail it directly to me, but that would be more expensive for you. Either way works.

The first session is actually sooner than I expected -- next Thursday. I will be going with the social worker and her team to do vision boards using the supplies I gave her. This is the final activity for a group of traumatized teen girls she is working with who are in what we call here "places of safety" (girls who have run away from home, etc.).
But we will be doing more activities like this again, hopefully, if it works out, on a regular basis, so please, if you do have stuff you're willing to send, I'd gladly take it.
And I'll update after next week's session with the girls!

I did a post on my blog where I showed some of the vision boards the girls did, and what are the future plans for continuing to work with them and using scrapbooking as a healing tool with them.
