I'll try to tackle these :)
-Sneak Night is late at night on the 13th of every month at Midnight EST...so technically it is the 14th ;) There will be images for each individual kit here on the site, and then our DT members begin posting sneaks on their personal blogs anytime after that.
-Kit contents: once the Sneaks are shown, one of our awesome members starts a 'confirmed kit items' thread where you can see things.
-Subbers always get the opportunity to purchase add-ons at NOON EST on the 27th :)
-The DT layouts are all accessible via the DT Gallery. The first layout in any DT Member's gallery is using the Main Kit ONLY...the rest are made with anything else they received that month. (add-ons, shop items)
If I've left something out, please don't hesitate to ask!

I know yesterday was discouraging but that is atypical. In two years that was the first time that I could not get an add on that I wanted. I think you will be really happy you joined. Welcome!

Welcome! I want to just say that I second what Azelizabeth said. This month was definitely not the norm.This was also the first month I wasn't able to get the add on I wanted and I've been subbing for 16 months now. The ladies at SC are always so helpful and go above and beyond. You won't regret it!
I just started my sub in December and the kits have been amazing! I didn't even know about getting discounts and after being a member for a year getting additional discounts. Luv****

And of course...the kits are fantastic...full of the newest and greatest! And there is so much inspiration in the galleries and I can go on an on...but you'll find out for yourself...have fun with your kits:)!

I keep reading about the free shipping...how does that work? Can you basically keep adding to your cart from the 27th until midnight on the last day of the month?
For add-on kits, does putting them in your cart guarantee that you get one? Or do you only have a certain amount of time before you forfeit it if you don't check out? What if you change your mind and decide you don't want it after it's in your cart (assuming you can leave it in there for 2-3 days)?
So do you basically have from the 27th till the last day of the month to decide what you want to get from that next month?
And then everything goes on sale to non-subscribers on the 1st of the month?
I've gone back and forth for a very, very long time. Even though I was frustrated yesterday, I finally decided to give the kit a try!
Would somebody be kind enough to break things down for me? Like--when do sneaks start showing up?
Do we get to see the full kit contents before we can buy them?
Is the day to buy add-ons on the same day each month? And, is it always noon EST?
Also, I saw DT LO's under the main kit, but is there a general place for DT add-on LO's?
Sorry for so many questions, I just want to make sure I make the most out of the membership.
