Yes I have...just email customer service like Julie and Christie said...they are really fabulous about fixing things. ( I admit I almost had a heart attack when it happened to me...lol., but it's all good now. :) )
Yes, just email customer service and they will take care of you. One time I had everything but the main kit and they mailed it out to me separately after I contacted them.

yep, email them. they can't address issues on the mb, but they will take care of you right away. :)

Yep, I had my two add ons missing once and they sent them right out! Great customer service here! No need to worry!!!!
