Kimmi Achord

Kimmithy aka Kimmi, lives in a small town just outside of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She met her husband Travis, three and a half years ago and quit her day job shortly after and became the stay at home mom that she dreamed of being. She is a momma to a wild and crazy (almost) four year old little boy, Brayden, and Cassie - their also wild and crazy Australian Shepherd pup.

Kimmi was always crafty as a child and teenager, but really got into scrapbooking after her son was born and she felt the need to photograph and document their daily lives. She has been published in Scrapbook Trends and is currently designing for Pink Paislee and two scrapbooking challenge blogs, Creative Therapy and Point Blank Period.

According to Kimmi:

I can't imagine my life without... my family... and Starbucks.

I would love to win a shopping spree to... IKEA. I have traveled five hours to Houston and five hours back just to go to IKEA...several times.

If I could be anywhere, I'd be... on a beach somewhere.

My least favorite chore is... folding and putting away laundry.

If a mystery package arrived on my doorstep, I'd hope it would be... a new hybrid Tahoe. Mine is getting old and I want a new one! It could fit in a box, right?

My guilty pleasure is... peppermint java chip frappuccinos... yum. so chocolatey.

I thought I would never... find someone that I could be this happy with. (my wonderful and supportive hubby, Travis)

You would never guess it, but I... am a really shy person. I get nervous around people I’ve never met, and HATE standing in front of a crowd. I was an honor student in school, but can remember failing certain projects because I wouldn’t get in front of the class to speak.
