Kirsty Wiseman
Kirsty Wiseman is momma to Ellie, wholesome wife to Mark and a slave to scrapping. She lives in the United Kingdom, below the brow of a hill, near an ornamental lake which is her escape from the hustle and bustle of her busy life. It is also the place where most of her clients’ portrait photography is taken. She has been scrapping for 3 years, which in turn spurred her to study photography (her main job). She freelances in both photography and design, which happens to make scrapbooking a dream hobby. She is about to launch her own digi paper range for scrappers and cardmakers, while squeezing in some work for a Country Style magazine.
Kirsty is a regular contributor to The Scrapbook Magazine and Scrapbook Inspirations (UK) and to two popular UK papercraft magazines through Aceville publications. She also teaches scrapbooking, which has taken her to places as far as California and Paris – she sometimes has to try and restrain herself from spontaneously combusting from excitement.
According to Kirsty:
When I was a child…
I could roam, risk free, around our village without a care in the world, dreaming that I would be an air stewardess.
I can’t imagine my life without…
My Nikon, my wacom tablet and Basic Grey.
I would love to win a shopping spree to…
Basic Grey’s warehouse. I’d snaffle the lot, tape myself up in herma and roll around in it all day.
If I could be on any tv game or reality show, it would be…
Britain’s Got Talent – I can turn my eyelids inside out and make them stay like that for ages (ok, until my retinas start to scream).
If a mystery package arrived on my doorstep, I’d hope it would be…
Stacy Julian offering to re-organise my scrap supplies.
My guilty pleasure is…
Late night dvd’s tucked up in bed, sipping tea, nibbling choc and stealing snuggy huggies from my hubsville.
I thought I would never…
feel so much love in one cuddle until I held my daughter close.
You would never guess it, but I…
can down one packet of jaffa cakes during afternoon tea.
