Sasha Farina
Sasha is a color crazy, t-shirt and jeans kinda girl. She lives a 10 minute walk from the beach, in Singapore with her supportive husband of 10 years and her two adorable and sometimes cranky little girls. She started scrapping in September 2006 and has since been swallowed whole in this particular hobby.
She has been published in Creating Keepsakes, both US and Australia, Scrapbooks Etc, Scrapbooking Memories Australia, Scrapbook Magazine UK, Scrapbook Trends and various online publications. She is also one of the contributors in Elizabeth Kartchner's new book - 52 More Scrapbooking Challenges, a Creating Keepsakes publication.
Besides scrapping, she loves to travel with her family, and with that comes photography, shopping and good food.
She scraps for her self-enjoyment. The memory recording part is a bonus!
According to Sasha:
I can't imagine my life without... my family. Sappy. I know I actually can, but I don't wanna live without them.
I would love to win a shopping spree to... Old Navy or Forever 21. Doesn't matter that I'm 10 years past the age of 21.
If I could be anywhere, I'd be... in San Francisco. Just because I fell in love with the city during my visit there in 2008.
If I could be on any TV game or reality show, it would be... The Amazing Race. Not that I have the stamina, or have the ability to chow down a wasabi bomb, but I'd like to try.
If a mystery package arrived on my doorstep, I'd hope it would be... a bottomless box of Mist bottles, containers of embossing powder, ink pads and stamps. Wood mounted, acrylic, anything. As long as they're stamps.
My guilty pleasure is... Starbucks. This is a recent habit I picked up. I regret (no, not really) the day I stepped inside and ordered that Toffee Nut Latte.
I thought I would never... be here right where I am. I am so thankful for the opportunities and new friendships that come my way. I cherish every one of them.
You would never guess it, but I... don't eat Japanese food. No sushi, no soba, no. I just can't.
