Journaling: Believe me this, I feel empowered by your critcisms of me.  That you are unhappy with your own being, that you feel that you may try to belittle me with your words and actions.  Don’t you see that smile on my face?  It’s because I’m at peace and happy with whom I am, the person that I’ve become and the person that I continue to be.  I am a true beauty inside and out, comfortable in my own skin, phenomenally and uniquely ME.

Aleida, this is fantabulous!  Love the self-portrait.  The layout’s colors are amazing.  I really like the layering of different pattern paper.
