Thank you for all your wonderful comments ladies.  You sure know how to make my day.  It means a lot to me.

Heather, I used bubble wrap & crackle paint for the blue that’s behind the strips which was layered afterwards with mesh and orange paint.  For the green, I used a strip of punchinella as a mask.  HTH!
