the punch on the edges of the green stripe are great (is the paper die cut)?  and i love the heather bailey elements tucked in...and what would your layout be without the paint?  love the fuschia painted background paper

Is the purple background painted or sanded? Either way, very nice. THis really grabbed my eye in the designer gallery because it is so awesome colorful! Love the home made scallop border. Super photo.
