Font is Fontologie Giggle (thanks Steph!). Jewels from K & Co.; brads from Queen and Co.; chipboard letters from BG; glitter from MS and Doodlebug.

oh... these things are SOOO fun... played with one at my high school graduation... provided TONS of entertainment for the younger crowd!
