Journaling down the side reads: In November 2006, Arizona started making history and passed Prop 203. A dedicated funding stream for early childhood issues was begun initiating the start of First Things First. I am so lucky to work not only for an agency that has a mission to serve children and families, but also leadership in Karen Woodhouse and Elliott Hibbs. With these two at the helm we move forward quickly and with conviction.
We will succeed - with this leadership, there is no other option.
