i'm not one to post my problems here, but if you are the praying type, i would appreciate a few if you wouldn't mind. this morning, dh and my older dd were on their way home from church when a guy in a van backed up into them at an intersection and took off going the wrong direction. they are ok, my 8 yr old is just a little shaken up, understandably. not sure if the car it totaled or not. the air bags deployed and it isn't drivable right now. we have an adjuster coming to look at it tomorrow. this is our good reliable (paid off) car and we can't afford to make payments on another one if it is totaled.  dh has been laid off for over a year now and (after submitting hundreds of applications) finally found a job that only pays minimum wage . i feel like we are totally screwed right now. -

Ugh. How SCARY! I keep listening to dumb talk radio hosts who just go blah, blah, blah... "there are jobs out there if people WANT to work." Those idiots make me so angry! Because the only people *I* know are those trying their damnedest to find a job like your hubs.
