has anyone ever had this problem before?

then it asks me to login and it brings me back to the same page! my hotmail account is completely gone! i can't even get support b/c i can't login!!!

any experience with this?

No I use Yahoo! Sounds fishy to me... I would google "hotmail assistance" and see if you can't get customer support that way. Good luck

whew! actually that worked Mandee! thank you! i had to reset my password using my security questions and i'm in!

seriously, it felt like someone had stolen my wallet. EVERYTHING is through that email account! that is scary. i am far to reliant on this internet deal.

Glad you are sorted, I'm struggling with my Paypal account! been on with the customer support in India this morning which was unhelpful and he eventually put the phone down when I was still asking questions!
