Liz, I have this and it is a joy.  I sit at my desk at work and eat chocolate to my hearts content, because I know I am exercising and that chocolate will just melt away.  It's funny how often I break out and sing Tiny Bubble at the top of my lungs.

KIDDING.  I do not own one.  I would be afraid the boss would come in and find me climbing out from under my desk.  That is where I am sure I would land after being flung out of the chair.

Oh and did the guy giving a testimony say it is good for his A#% or abs?  Sorry...couldn't resist.
