Well the color did not turn right just right...the ink is blue and it looks pretty...lol really. The flowers are made out of a sprite can. I sanded the colored side, used alcohol ink on it and the embossed with a cuttlebug folder. I sanded it again, and added some perfect pearls to the dots. Then I used a flower die cut and cut the metal in the cuttle bug. I really like how this turned out.
The Journaling reads: June 19th THere was a huge thunder storm on this day and the night before. The entire neighborhood lost power for hours. In the afternoon, it was nice, with still no power, so we let the kids play in the puddles. At one point Gigi was laying in the puddles. They had a great time getting wet and Oma had a great time watching them play.
