did you cut other PP to fit in the negatives of the woodgrain paper? I love how you opened up the envelope and used it like a block of color - almost like a die cut paper.
Briana, that's exactly what I did. I actually cut out a diamond shape from the circle pattern underneath the photo block (so you wouldn't see the hole) and used that for my pattern. Then traced it on the other green paper and cut out. :)
On the surface, this layout looks so simple, but when you really look it over, it's amazing all the details you put into this. Stunning - and so brave to use that pattern as the background and yet absolutely perfect in the end. I am shocked and awed by it! :)
