• I painted a circle of acrylic paint. I then created a little pocket from a scrap of double sided paper (I folded over the edge to reveal the red polka dot and then back again after punching the edge).
• To create the photo strips, I created two strips in Photoshop and then printed them both on the same 4x6 print. By layering them and putting them on an angle, one looks much longer than the other.
• Once the paint was dry, I stitched around the perimeter with black thread.
• The large leaves were created by free-motioning stitching on top of patterned paper and then cutting them out.
