• I pieced the cupcake together with scraps of paper and then stitched the scraps all together. The frosting was covered with glitter for a bit more punch!
• I cut the shiny scallops from patterned paper to create the frame around the journaling.
• I folded several strips of paper back and forth in an irregular fashion and stitched them down to create the ruffle at the bottom of the page. The bow is folded paper that has been glittered.
love that cupcake with the stitching and the bow. Honestly I had to look twice at the name b/c I couldn't believe there wasn't any painting on there! :) great LO!
