Valentine Garland

With Valentines just around the corner, I had to make a garland with the February kit. The Neopolitan was an easy choice for the base, I just love it and got more with the more paper add-on, and then it was a matter of cutting frames from the SC paper, and trimming out hearts. Because I was working with scraps, I hand cut all my hearts. I have some chipboard shapes I've been saving just for this purpose. It's all held together with thread fro my sewing machine.
