My first KP SB4 sketch, sketch #1 Danielles take :-) I'm relatively new to scrapbooking in general and using sketches in particular. Love KP's class so far although I haven't had much time to participate yet. Anyway, loved the process of doing this and love the end result. The only I'm not so sure about is the hand journaling. Oh well, trial & error;-)

Love this page! I think the hand journaling looks great and adds so much!
I used to be really unsure about handwriting on my pages too, but it makes them more personal - plus friends and family will appreciate you putting more of yourself into your albums. The more you do it the more you realise that it's ok to not look like type (although it took me a while to come to that point!).

Hand journaling is the way to go in my opinion. Those that look at this in the future will be so happy to see your own writing. :) When I see my parents' writing on things I have saved, It just gives me the chills . It is so personal and lovely:)
