Brighter
Scrapbook Layout
By MissSmith
We went camping in the Lake District and despite continued promises from locals that the weather would be 'Brighter Later' it rained the whole time. Clearly 'Brighter Later' is local slang for 'Incredibly depressing and continuous rain with high probability of snow and thick mist'. Despite hiking the hills, I got little in the way of photos, as the fog obscured the view. Got a good story though!
To compensate, I made my own sun out of washi tape :D
I also used the twine to sew several big stitches across the page and balance the title on it, to add movement.
Love the Sassa paper in this kit!

Love this layout. The twine, the sun. Juts perfect!
Lol, had the same experience in the lake district, arrived late to the most amazing sunset. After that it was rain rain & more rain. Gorgeous layout, love the muted colours and shape if the jounaling.
So fabulous. Love the washi sun!
Love everything about this - especially that it's documented so well in words. The sun is genius! Really a lovely page. I zoomed in so I could take in all the details.
