Scrapbook Layout

My sister found my dad's high school photo and despite its poor quality, it deserved to be scrapped on a page :)

The piechart stamp was perfect to record the info that I got from his yearbook. Love the washi tape in this month's kit and add-ons, so I decided to use them to put together a large number 16.
