This is my layout for Davinie's Project 12 challenge.
Since I already sum up each month about my daughter's milestones, events, birthdays etc. I started thinking about what other things I could record each month. I thought about the things I wanted to know about myself when I was 3 and one thing I would have loved to have known was the conversations I use to have! How cool would it be to have a record of the funny, silly and sweet things you said when you were a toddler??
So since the start of January (and now February) I've been jotting down the things Ashleigh has been saying that I want to remember forever, and then I've typed January's conversations and created a pocket behind the photo and slipped the journalling in behind it.
And now if you've read this far, you deserve to have a laugh so here's one of the cute quotes from Ashleigh in January:
Me: We're going in the car soon, baby.
Ashleigh: Where are we going?
Me: We need to go to K Mart.
Ashleigh: To get you a new friend, mummy!!!
LOL! So each month I will be continuing this, and definitely using the JB calendar cards, the style of the layout will change monthly too, can't wait to see how different they will all be depending on the photo!
