Have you guys SEEN Nicole's Garment District gallery? Holy Hannah. Inspiration overflows. I took my inspiration from her "The 100th Day" layout this time around. All the fun, colorful strips (which worked perfectly for my Emma's mongo stripe action in the photos, thank you very much), the hand-stitched border..and look! I even got more than one photo on there! :)
It was a pleasure studying your galleries, Nicole! Thanks so much for sharing your creativity!
OH I love love love love love love love this. I have been wanting to do something with strips of paper for so long and this is sososososososo inspiring to me. I must add this to my favorites. I loved the diagonal in Nic's layout too and thought they were the perfect accent to those headdresses. so totally doing this type of layout soon.
Ok - how do you do it. It's in the details, like the e from a different set and set out with brackets, or the flower around the button that is filling in for the dot on the i. I can't stop studying it for all the little things - the details, they overfloweth!
