I took the photo myself. I cropped the photo myself. I matched the color of the title to the color of my shirt... by myself. (EEEE!) I did the whole layout by myself... not even a tutorial. LOL. And that makes me feel proud and happy... sorry if that sounds silly.
I honestly didn't think I'd ever do a digi layout. And today, I didn't set out to do one... it just sort of... happened.
I was walking the dogs and blog-writing in my head (that's what I do when I'm alone with no music or Friends DVDs). I had this "girly tomboy" idea.
That led me to think of my outfit today (the one in the pic). And that led me to take a photo of myself (with the pre-conceived idea on how I'd crop it)... putting my camera on self-timer and propping it up on a chair.
And then the layout just appeared in my head. It didn't occur to me - that I was doing a digi layout - until I was almost finished. Very strange. LOL.
I had thought all along that I'd just print it out on paper, and so to my brain... it would be on white cardstock, so it wouldn't be digi. LOL. I'm silly.
Sorry if I bored you with my thought process, but it really just fascinates me... how this whole thing came about.
Is the journaling legible? I can copy and paste if need be.
Thanks for looking... even though it's not Studio Calico. :) And I'm not *going* digi. This will probably be one of my only digi layouts ever.
Reyanna, I heart this page so stinkin' much that I can't come up with any cool ways of telling you just how stinkin' much. So please take my word for it that I heart it very, very, stinkin' much.
