Using the Let's Go Kits with Morgan Stockton

Time to take on the week! Let’s Go! (See what I did there? The kit’s name is “Let’s Go?” You got it—I know you did.)

This month, I really enjoyed working the documenter cards into my planner. I felt like there were a ton of cards with great messages, or at least witty commentary. With this planner spread, I sort of created a start and finish with a pair of the documenter cards, beginning with the “Oh happy day” journal card. I really felt like it got the week off to the right start. I layered this card, which I die-cut into a circle, with one of the patterned transparency circles, the “yes” fold-over tab, and the “Be Wonderful” chipboard sticker—a nice, little, layered composition on the left side.

I’ve been drooling over this Grocery stamp set! I’m constantly writing grocery lists in my planner—especially with the vertical column spreads in the Hello Forever planner—and this stamp set just gives it a little pizzazz.

As soon as I saw the calendar journal card for August, I knew EXACTLY what I was going to do with it. I love having an overall view of my month at the same time as my weekly view, so this card made the perfect insert. I simply punched some holes so it fit the Hello Forever Planner and added a cute little fold-over tab to make it easier to move.

I wanted to end my week with another journal card from the Documenter Kit. The sassy “Over it.” card was perfect. To me, it says, “You made it through this week. You’re over it.” I layered it with another one of the patterned transparencies for consistency and added in some of the puffy emoji stickers. Love love love the effect.
