This stamp set by in a creative bubble is so adorable it makes me want to bake something so I could decorate it! I did bake some cupcakes in the end and decided to use the stamp set to make a fun topper and liner for it! for the topper, i stamped on one of the papers from the paper pad and cut a flag and attached to a toothpick. for the liner, i stamped on a white cardstock and made it into a liner.
