For NSD Crop Challenge 2017: Color Challenge, Create Layers & Sketch Challenge.
Didn't have the exact shade of blues, but tried to pick out blues as close as possible to the ones in the Colour Challenge. For sketch, brought in 2 journal cards since I didn't have enough photos, did the background layers with distress ink (Broken China), first by stamping with the mini ink pad for the inner box, and inking the edges for the outer box. Layered up the mat for the focal image of the layout.
