For this layout, I punched out stars, circles, & butterflies from the same pattern paper as the strips going down the layout. I used pop dots on the back of each punched shape and placed it on top of the pattern paper. I randomly placed smaller embellishments on top of the punched shapes. Love the dimension achieved by using this technique!
