Mindfull Meditation

Here is my layout for the breast cancer/pink layout challenge that Sierra started.
I meditate regularly and in nature as often as I can. It has helped me to stay calm and I would always meditate during chemotherapy.
Being mindful of the moment and being grateful for each breath has helped me to shift my attention from the disease.
Meditating has helped the physical side of cancer and most certainly the mental side! :)
This was a favorite spot of mine. You can't tell in the photograph, but it is a really high peak that I'm sitting on the edge of. Right behind is a drop-straight into the river. You feel so close to the open skies there. I love it.
